The conference is to examine the contribution of law in remedying the problems in the society in general and in the governance of the state. Among the questions that the conference seeks to answer regarding the interaction between the law and the society are the legal system including the courts and the dispute resolution mechanisms; the constitution or the relations between various organs of the state; the financial and economic system; the sustainable development and management of natural resources and international relations between states.

This conference is planned to be continued next year in Malaysia. It is suggested that the next main organizer is UniSZA.
